A gorgeous antique diamond cluster ring that dates to the late Georgian period (c. 1820-1840), a time celebrated for exceptional craftsmanship. At its centre sits an old mine cut diamond, surrounded by a halo of smaller hand cut diamonds. Arranged in a silver topped daisy cluster style, classic to the regency period, backed by a rich 18ct gold shank and delicately hand-worked shoulders. The back of the head is enclosed and detailed, a design seen throughout Georgian items of jewellery. A stunning choice for an engagement ring or family heirloom piece.
